Yogurt and New Beginnings

Hello, everyone!

Welcome to my first post on this brand-new blog. I’m so excited to get started on this project – it’s been brewing in my mind for some time, and I finally decided just to start! My vision for this blog is to help others grow in their understanding of health so that they can make better choices and ultimately live a healthier, happier life. As part of this goal, I’m planning for this blog to become an archive of interesting, well-researched posts on health-related topics. While I am not a certified health professional, I have been interested in health for many years – and I see this blog as an opportunity for me to learn more as I research and then to share that new knowledge with you. If this sounds exciting to you, you can look for a new post every Monday!

And now about the yogurt. I absolutely LOVE yogurt – I eat it for breakfast, snacks, desserts, and sometimes even dinner (usually not more than 2-3 times a day though...). It has replaced bread and milk as the staple of my diet, and if I run out of yogurt, I feel like there’s no food in the house. As one of the healthy foods that I love, I thought it was a fitting name for a blog dedicated to pursuing health one day at a time!

Back with more soon,

~Emily
